V&A Management, LLC was founded in 1985 and served from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies worldwide, including agencies of the US Government and three allied Governments. However, since 1999 V&A Management, LLC has limited its practice to small and midsize companies .
Oswald Viva is President of V&A Management, LLC. He has over 20 years of top corporate management, including multiple CEO positions, and 20 years as consultant in high-tech and manufacturing industries. As an entrepreneur himself, Oswald has participated in eight startups learning all the issues faced by leaders of new and growing businesses. He has served in the Board of Directors of eight companies in various fields. He is a Certified Management Consultant. His formal training includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering and extensive training in Business Administration, Finance and Management. He is a Certified Coach and Facilitator, a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and a member of the Fortune Business Leaders Council.
About Alex Viva
Alex’s value as consultant and executive coach resides in his extensive and broad experience in all phases of business management, as well as in his formal training, continued education and “common sense” developed through many years of professional life. During his career in Corporate America he worked in large and start-up companies and directed organizations and complete ventures in the most strategic growth positions. His corporate experience in the high technology, consumer and durable goods industries includes marketing and sales, business development, international operations and general management. He was a critical component in leading international exposure and growth in 4 fledgling technology companies and as a turn-around executive for 2 Fortune 500 companies; increasing worldwide sales and broadening manufacturing, sales and marketing presence globally. As an entrepreneur, Alex has been actively involved as a partner in starting, growing and profitably exiting 3 successful ventures in services and retail industries. His knowledge and experience in managing people, finances, sales and marketing enables him to have a view that is critical to operating a unique and successful business venture to maximize short and long term return.

Brian has a proven track record of improving profitability, increasing employee productivity, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Brian’s has held the top management positions for SCA (one of Fortunes 500’s largest global organizations) as the leader of SCA’s North American Health Care division and was a member of SCA’s Global Health Care management team which had responsibility for sales in excess of 1 billion USD with locations around the world. He has been in various senior management roles for the past 12 years and has participated in acquisitions ranging in size from $30 – $70 million.
Brian has his MBA from Drexel University and obtained his CPA in 1992. Brian is a certified business coach and currently the Treasurer of the HIDA Educational Foundation, the leading distributor association for the Health Industry.
