Key Executive Ddevelopment
Our Key Executive Development Program(C) uses a multidimensional approach of individual coaching, workshops-like style of practical sessions and real life practical applications to provide new insights and give participants opportunities to apply them. Participants are encouraged to apply these insights from the program to their own organizations.

This program aims to prepare them to lead and it focus in developing them into future CEOs.

It helps top executives assume leadership roles within the enterprise or transition to broader roles within the organization. Successful business leaders, those who have a track record of sustaining success, know that the learning curve never ends — there is no plateau. Our Key Executive development programs recognize this and thus it is intended to be a Continuous Improvement program without an ending point.

In developing the program we borrowed from successful programs of such organizations as the American Management Association, Wharton School of Business, Target Training International and others, as well as following suggestions from leading books and publications such as “Good to Great” by Jim Collins, “The E-Myth” by Michael Gerber, The E-Myth Manager by Michael Gerber, First Break All The Rules by Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman, Bridging the Leadership Gap by Paul Meyer, The Lexicon of Leadership by Jack Welch, Harvard Business Review, and others, and contributions from several colleagues and associates, including Ed Wallace, author of “Fares To Friends” and “Creating Relational Capital”.

Our Key Executive Development Program(C) gives managers the core business knowledge and organizational understanding to take on broader leadership responsibilities and add more value to their organizations. We present and apply key knowledge in areas such as leadership, finance, marketing, and strategy based on current trends and best practice. Executives in the program also gain an appreciation of the complexities of organizational dynamics, effective communication strategies, and leadership. Learning and practicing accountability is a key part of the program.

Our Peer Boards approach encourages members to discuss with their peers, in a strictly confidential environment, their issues, opportunities, goals and limitations.  In these discussions they receive advice, ideas and suggestions from their peers and Facilitator.  Finally, hands-on practical applications draws it all together by exploring different management styles, tools, and organization-wide strategic approaches.

Our Key Executive Leadership Development Program delve into effective decision-making processes, power and influence, altering behaviors, recasting mindsets, organizational change, personal negotiation styles, and investing in and managing relationships for greater impact.

The CEO’s and Company’s Goals Are Most Important

Within the structure of the executive management training process, we tailor the experiences to match the organizational culture, goals, and environment of the enterprise in which they work. In collaboration with the CEO, we can determine the important topics, approach, and time frame that will
work best for the company’s executives.

Periodically, we will follow up with the CEO and supervisory executives to ensure the skills and development is sustained for the long-term.  Sustainability tools include action plans, mentoring and one-on-one coaching.

“You must be actively involved in all of the training that goes on in your company. The fire of the entrepreneur is very difficult to translate down the line. Too often, CEOs hand over responsibility to people who may seem to represent them well on the surface but rarely do.”
