360 Degrees Peer Evaluations

360 degree feedback provides individuals with confidential and anonymous feedback for development purposes only.  It is not a performance appraisal.  The feedback should be used by the individual to strengthen pertinent core competencies, skills and behaviors, and thereby improving one's overall job performance and one's personal self. 

  

We utilize a robust and user friendly web-based 360 survey tool that increases data accuracy, decreases processing time, improves response rates and reduces cost.  Most importantly, it provides the feedback you need to develop your leadership resources.

 

We use a third party organization to assist us in facilitating this process.  The entire process is e-mail and web based.  Based on 20 years of experience implementing 360 assessments, the leadership development practitioners who created this tool understand what goes into an effective 360 process, from administration to report to development planning.
